This course is formulated to meet the needs of Maritime Industry. The course will provide high-level understanding and knowledge of International trade, legal systems, Maritime law and insurance against maritime risks. Case Studies will provide opportunities to interact with various background students and understand critical aspects of Law and Insurance and how they are applied in practice. |
