45 weeks HND Part 1 at AMET

Award of HND - Marine Engineering
Stage 3
  • 30 weeks (Two semesters of 15 weeks duration) at STC, U.K for B.E. Degree
  • 45 weeks (Three semesters of 15 weeks duration) at STC, U.K for B.E (Hons) Degree
 
     
  Course Contents :  
     
  Further Mathematics, Energy Management, Marine Electricals, Naval Architecture, Material Engineering, Marine Control, Further Mechanics, Marine Propulsion, Design Project.  
     
  Eligibility for the Course :  
     
 
 Age Limit 17 to 20 years at the time of entry.
 Qualifications A pass in Plus Two (12th Standard) or its equivalent with minimum 40% aggregate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry group in Class XII. Atleast 50% in English either in 10th or 12th standards.
 Medical  Standard Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard norms, with eyesight up to maximum +/- 2.5, with no colour blindness.
 Entry Entry to the course will be at the discretion of the Director of the Academy.

  £ 3,450/- per semester
(Boarding & Lodging at £ 79/- per week on a twin sharing basis)
