A pass in Degree / Diploma in EEE with minimum 50% in final Year an with 50% mark in English at 10th or 12th or in the Degree Course conducted by the board or any University

Candidates should be medically fit for sea service under standard norms, with eyesight up to + or - 2.5, and with no colour blindness.
